Paso a Paso

 

MOMS Paso a Paso positively impacts birth outcomes in the at-risk population.  Service duration begins and continues until the baby is one year old.   Paso a Paso promotes the health and well being of low-income pregnant women by providing monthly home visits during the pregnancy, "one on one" prenatal education, maternal health screenings and access to prenatal health care.  In the year following birth, Paso a Paso focuses on well-woman health, positive parenting skills, and infant development.  All services are free to those who qualify and are provided under the supervision of Maternal Child Health Registered Nurses.  Paso a Paso provides county-wide coverage is available county-wide.

  • Self declared low income
  • Pregnant
  • Reside in Orange County
