In collaboration with FaCT, PC.FRC Health Access works within the FRC platform to provide health support services and education for pregnant women and families with children ages 0-5 years.

CONNECT provides individualized, on-site technical assistance and consultation to Orange County nonprofit organizations, including FaCT FRCs, to strengthen the agencies' ability to provide services in their communities. CONNECT offers nonprofits linkages to executive coaches, professional development, and services that can enhance their fundability and sustainability.

AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps*VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) are part of a federally funded service initiative organized by the Corporation for National and Community Service in which individuals help communities meet specific needs through direct and indirect service.
