Families and Communities Together (FaCT) comprises a network of 15 Family Resource Centers (FRCs) in Orange County. FaCT recognizes April as Blue Ribbon Month, symbolizing the importance of raising awareness to prevent child abuse. Blue Ribbon Month will be held in April 2026.
